Places to Visit

It's Time to Start Your Adventures

The country has an infinite variety of fascinating locations to explore and points of interest. Costa Rica offers a range of beautiful destinations, from volcanoes to virgin rainforests. Imagine limitless possibilities and a multitude of discoveries. While Costa Rica is small, there are sufficient options for travel. For a week’s holiday, we suggest that you pick two places to visit Costa Rica.

Puerto Viejo

The city is really lively, and every night you'll notice something going on. It's probably the most popular Caribbean coast destination. There are also a lot of good beach hotels around for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet. There is also a nearby jaguar rehabilitation center that rehabilitates all sorts of local wildlife and restores it to the wild.

The vast region is a network of rivers and canals that flow through the forest. The main attractions of this region are the large number of tortoises (hence the name) that nest along the coast. The best time to see them mating is in April and May, but if you're coming in during the off-season, you'll still be able to go hiking and take part in canal cruises.

The peninsula is not easy to access (which helps keep visitors away), but with remote beaches, plenty of wildlife, excellent hiking , camping, and plenty of marine life, your efforts will be rewarded. This is one of the best destinations in the world. In my view, this is potentially one of the best places in the world. Just try not to leave this out!

The area has a lot of great activities: stunning waterfalls (La Fortuna), great national hiking park, sunset views of the lake, caving, rafting and popular hot springs. With so much to do, it's no wonder that this is one of the most visited places in the world. Sometimes, it even erupts, and if you're lucky, you'll be able to see the lava pouring down the volcano.
